Founding and leading an AI testing company

Developing the technology was part of a broader responsibility: determining what customers needed, shaping the product, assembling the team, and building the company around it.

My work spanned AI testing capabilities, product direction, engineering execution, partnerships, fundraising (more than $12M raised), and strategic opportunities.

Leading the company required decisions across disciplines. Product choices affected engineering priorities. Customer conversations informed the roadmap. Financial and organizational constraints shaped what we could pursue and when.

That experience strengthened my ability to work across those boundaries and keep the team focused on a shared direction.
