Building and scaling an engineering organization
At Seva Development, I built and scaled a global engineering organization delivering embedded product teams for enterprise customers. The work required developing both the organization and the practices that supported its delivery.

Building the organization
My responsibilities included team growth, leadership, customer relationships, enterprise contracts, and financial and operational strategy.
As the organization grew, we needed ways to share knowledge, coordinate distributed teams, and deliver consistently across customer engagements, while keeping the growth profitable.
Making delivery repeatable
We developed workflows and operating practices that supported a growing engineering business, including standardized data and automation workflows across teams.
That experience made the relationship between team structure and delivery clear: how people are organized, informed, and supported affects what they can accomplish.
What I carry forward
Seva shaped how I build teams and think about engineering operations.
Those lessons remain relevant as agents take on more implementation work. Teams still need direction, accountability, useful feedback, and a way to coordinate their effort.
